Arkansas HR1002 allows the House of Representatives to recess for four consecutive days or longer, by declaration of the Speaker of the House. It also allows the Senate to recess for the same duration, by declaration of the President Pro Tempore of the Senate. This resolution applies to the 95th General Assembly's Fiscal Session in 2026.
