Establishes the transition program fund and erroneous convictions fund, and makes changes to the corrections fund.

The bill amends several sections of the Arizona Revised Statutes related to criminal justice. It establishes the transition program fund, which consists of monies collected for the administration of the transition program and for transition program services. The erroneous convictions fund is also established to fund claims brought under title 13, chapter 38, article 36. The corrections fund is amended to allow for the expenditure of monies for reimbursement or compensation awarded under title 13, chapter 38, article 36.
