Arizona National Guard Education Enhancement Act amends tuition reimbursement for national guard members and their families.

The Arizona National Guard Education Enhancement Act amends sections 26-102 and 26-181 of the Arizona Revised Statutes. It expands tuition reimbursement eligibility to include spouses and dependents of national guard members. The adjutant general evaluates applications and pays eligible applicants. Reimbursements are prorated if funds are insufficient, prioritizing active national guard members. The act also establishes an educational program for high school dropouts under 20 years old.
