Arizona SB1768 provides tuition waiver scholarships for foster care alumni in Arizona.

Arizona SB1768 amends the state's tuition waiver scholarship program to include individuals who were in foster care at age fourteen or older. The scholarships cover tuition at any Arizona university or community college. Eligible individuals must reside in Arizona, be under twenty-three years old, and have personal assets under $10,000. They must also be enrolled in an accredited degree or certificate program and demonstrate continuous progress toward a degree. Scholarships continue until the recipient turns twenty-three or obtains a degree, whichever comes first.
