Arizona SB1728 amends the composition and terms of the Joint Committee on Capital Review.

Arizona SB1728 amends section 41-1251 of the Arizona Revised Statutes to revise the Joint Committee on Capital Review. The committee is composed of fourteen members, including the chairs of the Senate and House Appropriations Committees, the majority and minority leaders of both chambers, and four additional members from each appropriations committee appointed by the respective leaders. The Senate minority leader can appoint a designee to serve in their place.
