Arizona SB1675 makes it illegal to sell, market, offer, barter, give away, display, advertise for sale, or advertise for adoption animals on public highways, streets, parks, or any public property adjacent to these areas in counties with over 500,000 residents. It also bans such activities on commercial private property without the owner's or lessee's consent. Exemptions include retail sales on premises, sales by pounds, humane societies, animal rescue organizations, animal shelters, educational or agricultural organizations, and sanctioned livestock events.
