Allows jurors to serve as temporary election workers instead of fulfilling jury service

Amends Arizona law to allow prospective jurors to serve as temporary election board workers instead of fulfilling their jury service obligation. Jurors can request to be excused from jury service if it would cause undue or extreme physical or financial hardship. The jury commissioner must submit the names of prospective jurors interested in serving as election workers to the county officer in charge of elections. The county officer can appoint those jurors as temporary election board workers. Jurors who serve as election workers fulfill their jury service obligation.
