Arizona SB1615 creates a state property review board to oversee the disposal of underused state-owned properties. The board will conduct a comprehensive utilization audit of all real property titled to the department of administration or any other state agency. Properties with a use rate of less than sixty percent of their intended capacity will be designated as surplus and placed on a mandatory disposal list. These properties must be sold at public auction within twelve months. Net proceeds from the sale will be deposited in the state general fund.
