Arizona SB1532 repeals section 41-3027.06 of the Arizona Revised Statutes and amends title 41, chapter 27, article 2 by adding section 41-3034.01. The bill sets the termination date for the board of directors of the Arizona State Schools for the Deaf and Blind to July 1, 2034. Title 15, chapter 11 and the relevant section are repealed on January 1, 2035. The purpose of the bill is to continue the board to promote and maintain educational opportunities for sensory-impaired children in Arizona.
