Arizona SB1441 regulates single-family residence purchases by corporations and limited liability companies.

Arizona SB1441 mandates that corporations, limited liability companies, and their affiliates must register with the Arizona Corporation Commission before purchasing a single-family residence. The bill limits the number of single-family residences a corporation or limited liability company can own in any census tract to five percent of the total residences in that tract. It also restricts the total number of single-family residences a corporation or limited liability company can own in the state to two thousand.
