SB1411 amends the duties of the Arizona Auditor General to include audits of charter schools and school districts. The bill mandates that the Auditor General conduct performance audits of counties and incorporated cities and towns receiving Arizona highway user revenue fund monies. It also requires the Auditor General to conduct special audits of charter schools and school districts to determine the percentage of every dollar spent in the classroom.
