Arizona SB1344 amends several sections of the Arizona Revised Statutes to establish a permanent early voting list. Voters can request to be included on this list to receive early ballots by mail for any election. The county recorder must maintain this list as part of the voter registration roll. Voters on the list will automatically receive early ballots unless they request removal or their registration is moved to inactive status.
