Arizona SB1296 allows private employers and natural persons to participate in the state's health care plans.

Arizona SB1296 amends the Arizona Revised Statutes to allow private employers and natural persons who are not employed by the state to participate in the state's health care plans. The bill adds a new section, 38-659, to Title 38, Chapter 4, Article 4, which specifies the eligibility for participation in state health care plans. The Department of Administration is authorized to adopt rules to implement this section.
