SB1261 amends section 15-253 of the Arizona Revised Statutes to modify the duties of the superintendent of public instruction. The superintendent must furnish copies of attorney general opinions, including those reviewed by county attorneys, to county attorneys, county school superintendents, and other interested parties upon request. Additionally, county school superintendents must provide copies of all attorney general opinions related to school matters to all school districts in their county.
