Arizona SB1225 amends section 15-710.02 of the Arizona Revised Statutes to mandate that on 9/11 education day, each public school providing instruction to students in grades seven through twelve must offer age-appropriate instruction on the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. The state board of education is authorized to develop policies or adopt rules to implement this requirement.
