Arizona SB1217 amends the water supply development revolving fund to allow for loans, grants, and technical assistance for water supply projects.

Arizona SB1217 amends the water supply development revolving fund to allow for loans, grants, and technical assistance for water supply projects. The fund can also be used to purchase or refinance debt obligations of water providers at or below market rate. If the fund's pledged monies become insufficient to pay the principal and interest on water supply development bonds, the authority must liquidate securities to make current all payments due on the bonds.
