Introduced Text

Arizona SB1027 mandates electronic posting of public notices on government websites, with additional newspaper publication.

Arizona SB1027 amends title 39, chapter 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, to require government entities to post public notices on their official websites. If publication in a newspaper is required by law, the notice must also appear in at least one newspaper. The website posting must include the complete notice text, a link from the homepage, and a reference advertisement in the newspaper. The website notice must remain accessible for the duration of the required newspaper publication period.
