Yvonne, who passed away in 2026, co-founded Childhelp, a humanitarian organization that has aided over 14 million children and families worldwide. Yvonne's work included forming orphanages, schools, and medical facilities for children in need, and coordinating rescue efforts for vulnerable children. She also established the first national 24-hour child abuse hotline, Childhelp Children's Advocacy Centers, and a prevention education curriculum.
