Repeals expenditure limitations for school districts.
Amends the Constitution of Arizona to repeal expenditure limitations for school districts. The economic estimates commission will no longer determine and publish expenditure limitations for community college districts. The act applies to fiscal years beginning from and after June 30, 2027. The Secretary of State shall submit this proposition to the voters at the next general election.
