Arizona HCR2017 proposes an amendment to the Arizona Constitution to exempt property from taxation if it is owned by a resident aged 62 or older, is not subject to a mortgage or similar encumbrance, and has been the owner's primary residence for at least two years. This amendment would apply to tax years beginning after December 31, 2026, and requires voter approval.
