Arizona HB4149 permits counties with populations under 250,000 to meet fiscal obligations using any county revenue source for fiscal year 2026-2027. It limits the use of more than $1,250,000 for purposes other than the revenue source's intended use. Counties must report to the joint legislative budget committee by October 1, 2026, on any such use of revenue sources.
