Technical correction to the classification of knowingly making a false statement under oath in veterans' claims.
HB 4131 amends section 41-607 of the Arizona Revised Statutes to reclassify the offense of knowingly making a false statement under oath, orally or written, of a material fact relating to any claim under the veterans' services article. The offense is now a class 5 felony.
