Arizona HB4084 amends the state aid to indigent defense fund to include funding for eviction cases. The fund, administered by the Arizona criminal justice commission, will allocate monies to each county to supplement, not supplant, existing funding levels for processing criminal and eviction cases. The fund consists of monies appropriated to it and monies allocated pursuant to section 41-2421, subsections B and J.
