The department's termination date is extended to July 1, 2034. Sections 1 and 2 of the act apply retroactively, repealing section 41-3026.21 and adding section 41-3034.21 to Title 41, Chapter 27, Article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes. Title 41, Chapter 14, and this section are repealed on January 1, 2035.
