Arizona HB4063 establishes a study committee on law enforcement officer salaries and response times. The committee includes the chairs and ranking minority members of the senate and house public safety and government committees. The committee will study employee numbers and salaries in law enforcement agencies in cities with populations over 150,000, examine response times and efficiency, and suggest improvements. The committee must submit a report with recommendations to the governor, president of the senate, and speaker of the house by October 1, 2027.
