Arizona HB2848 prohibits restrictive covenants on grocery store sites unless specific conditions are met.

Arizona HB2848 amends state law to void and make unenforceable any restrictive covenants on land used for grocery stores unless the store relocates within a year, is similar in size, and is within half a mile of the original site. The covenant must also have a term of less than eighteen months. This act applies to covenants entered into after its effective date.
