Arizona HB2841 amends property tax exemptions for primary residences of veterans and others.

Arizona HB2841 modifies property tax exemptions for primary residences. It exempts residential property owned by veterans with a 100% service-connected disability from taxation. For veterans with a nonservice-connected disability or a service-connected disability rating less than 100%, the exemption is $4,188. Widows, widowers, and persons with a total and permanent disability also qualify for exemptions, with limits based on income and total assessment. The bill also exempts primary residences of individuals aged 65 and older.
