Arizona HB2803 repeals expenditure limitations for school districts and career technical education districts.

Arizona HB2803 repeals Section 15-911 of the Arizona Revised Statutes, removing budgetary, expenditure, or revenue control limits for school districts and career technical education districts. The bill also amends Section 15-1285 to exempt these districts from any such limits.
