Arizona HB2802 prohibits foreign contributions for ballot measure campaigns and requires certification.

Arizona HB2802 amends state law to prohibit foreign corporations or individuals from contributing money or services to influence ballot measure campaigns. It also mandates that individuals, entities, or committees that file campaign finance reports certify under penalty of perjury that they have not accepted or used such foreign contributions. The new law takes effect on December 31, 2026.
