Establishes the Arizona-Sonora trade commission to promote economic support and investment.

Establishes the Arizona-Sonora trade commission to encourage economic support and investment between Arizona and Sonora, Mexico. The commission will annually elect a chairperson and vice chairperson, meet at least annually, advance bilateral trade and investment, initiate joint action on policy issues, promote business and academic exchanges, and encourage mutual investment in infrastructure. The commission will submit an annual report to the president of the senate and the speaker of the house of representatives. The commission terminates on July 1, 2031.
