Arizona HB2736 amends the state statutes to add a new section limiting liability for individuals and private entities who return firearms to their owners at the end of a firearm hold agreement. This protection does not apply if the return results from unlawful conduct. A "firearm hold agreement" is defined as a written or oral agreement where a firearm owner entrusts their firearm to another individual or private entity for a specified period.
