Arizona HB2722 amends building permit requirements for residential lease communities in active management areas. It mandates that the board of supervisors or the legislative body of a municipality may not approve a building permit for six or more detached residential dwelling units in a residential lease community unless the units have obtained a certificate of assured water supply or a written commitment of water service from a city, town, or private water company designated as having an assured water supply.
