Arizona HB2710 allocates $15 million to tribal assisted living facilities and tribal nursing homes.

Arizona HB2710 provides $15 million from the state general fund for fiscal year 2025-2026 to the Department of Health Services. The funds are intended to support tribal governments in opening or reopening tribal assisted living facilities and tribal nursing homes. At least $1.5 million must be allocated to the Hopi Tribe and $1.5 million to the Navajo Nation. The remaining funds are to be distributed proportionally to facilities across the state.
