Arizona HB2624 amends section 4-204 of the Arizona Revised Statutes to clarify the conditions under which a personal representative or fiduciary can sell spirituous liquors. The bill specifies that a person acting as an administrator, executor, guardian, receiver, trustee, or assignee for the benefit of creditors can sell spirituous liquors for up to twenty-four months if they receive permission from the director.
