Arizona HB2612 amends sections 33-1258 and 33-1805 of the Arizona Revised Statutes to change how homeowners' associations handle records requests. The bill specifies that certain records may be withheld from disclosure, including privileged communications, pending litigation, meeting minutes not open to all members, personal health or financial records of members or employees, job performance records, and records that have not been modified in the last two years. The bill also states that associations cannot be required to disclose records if doing so would violate state or federal law.
