Arizona HB2606 amends laws on homeowners' associations to clarify record-keeping and disclosure requirements.

Arizona HB2606 amends sections 33-1258 and 33-1805 of the Arizona Revised Statutes to clarify which financial and other records of homeowners' associations must be made available for examination by members or their designated representatives. The bill specifies that records such as the declaration, bylaws, names and addresses of unit owners, operating budget, current assessments, financial statements, insurance policies, and meeting minutes must be disclosed. It also allows associations to charge a fee for copies of records, up to $0.15 per page.
