Arizona HB2567 amends the duties and powers of the district regarding groundwater replenishment.

Arizona HB2567 amends section 48-3772 of the Arizona Revised Statutes to revise the duties and powers of the district regarding groundwater replenishment. The bill mandates the district to establish annually the costs and expenses to replenish groundwater for all parcels of member lands and member service areas in each active management area. It also requires the district to calculate the total projected replenishment obligation for each active management area over the next one hundred years.
