HB2564 requires health profession regulatory boards to make final nondisciplinary orders available on their websites. It prohibits posting letters of concern and advisory letters but mandates that copies are available to the public upon request. The boards must also inform the public that additional records, including dismissed complaints and nondisciplinary actions, can be obtained by contacting the board directly. The act does not restrict boards from conducting public meetings. Pending complaints or investigations cannot be disclosed to the public.
