Arizona HB2473 establishes a municipal composting program fund and an imported hazardous waste management program.

Arizona HB2473 amends the Arizona Revised Statutes to establish a municipal composting program fund and an imported hazardous waste management program. The fund will receive appropriations and fees, and will be used to administer the municipal composting program and award grants to municipalities.
