Arizona HB2453 establishes the Arizona arts trust fund, funded by fees collected from corporations and other entities.

Arizona HB2453 establishes the Arizona arts trust fund, administered by the Arizona commission on the arts. The fund receives revenues from filing fees collected by the commission. One-third of the fees for annual reports from domestic and foreign corporations are deposited into the trust fund. The fund is exempt from lapsing appropriations, except for unencumbered monies over $200,000, which revert to the state general fund.
