Arizona HB2445, known as the Government Transparency Act, requires counties, cities, towns, school districts, and state governmental units to post task order contracts on their respective websites. Contractors may redact personal or proprietary information but must not redact the total dollar amount, contractor identity, service description, or contract length. A task order contract is defined as an indefinite delivery or quantity contract for supplies or services that issues task orders during the contractual period.
