Arizona HB2345 amends the Arizona Revised Statutes to establish that it is unlawful for individuals not authorized to be in the United States to possess falsified commercial driver licenses. If such individuals operate commercial vehicles, the vehicles will be seized for forfeiture. The employer of the violator must pay a civil penalty equal to the fair market value of the seized vehicle. Proceeds from the sale of the vehicle and the civil penalty are directed to the Arizona Highway User Revenue Fund.
