Arizona HB2327 allows certain individuals to request redaction of their identifying information from public records.

Arizona HB2327 amends sections 11-483 and 11-484 of the Arizona Revised Statutes to allow eligible individuals to request redaction of their identifying information from public records. Eligible individuals include health professionals, election officers, public officials, peace officers, and others. They can file an affidavit with the presiding judge of the superior court to request redaction. If the judge determines that redaction will reduce a danger to the individual's life or safety, they can order the redaction for five years.
