Amends Arizona law to require health care services organizations to provide full coverage for hearing aids and related services for enrollees under 18 or under 21 attending high school. Coverage includes fitting, dispensing, ear molds, and related services by licensed providers. Organizations may offer additional coverage options. Coverage may include deductibles and coinsurance. Excludes short-term travel and bone-conductive hearing devices.
