Arizona HB2149 continues the Arizona beef council as a self-financed program to help market, develop, maintain, and expand markets for beef and beef products produced in the state. The council will terminate on July 1, 2034, and related sections of the Arizona Revised Statutes will be repealed on January 1, 2035. The act applies retroactively from July 1, 2026.
