Arizona HB2060 amends state statutes to prohibit abortions at any facility run by or operating on the property of a public educational institution, unless the abortion is necessary to save the life of the woman. The bill also prohibits public educational institutions from encouraging or facilitating abortions. This includes community colleges, universities under the Arizona Board of Regents, school districts, charter schools, accommodation schools, and the Arizona State Schools for the Deaf and Blind.
