Arizona HB2025 amends section 41-1092.08 of the Arizona Revised Statutes to revise procedures for final administrative decisions in contested cases. The bill specifies that an administrative law judge must issue a written decision within twenty days after a hearing. The decision is subject to review by the agency head, executive director, or board or commission, who may accept, reject, or modify it. If the head of the agency, executive director, or board or commission does not act within thirty days, the administrative law judge's decision becomes final.
