This bill extends the termination dates for three boards in Alaska: the Big Game Commercial Services Board, the Board of Massage Therapists, and the Marijuana Control Board. The Big Game Commercial Services Board will now terminate on June 30, 2032, the Board of Massage Therapists on June 30, 2030, and the Marijuana Control Board on June 30, 2027. The bill also exempts itself from a provision that prohibits a bill from continuing or reestablishing more than one board or commission and makes the changes retroactive to July 1, 2024.
