Allows modification of Chugach State Park boundaries and grants easements for public access.

This bill allows the commissioner to modify the boundaries of Chugach State Park by up to 20 percent if deemed necessary. It also permits the Department of Natural Resources to grant easements or rights-of-way within the park to improve public access, subject to public hearings and legislative approval. The Department of Fish and Game will cooperate with the Department of Natural Resources for park management purposes. The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities is responsible for maintaining existing public roads within the park.
