Extend Occupational Licensing Boards

Extends the termination dates of several occupational licensing boards in Alaska.

The bill extends the termination dates of the Board of Professional Counselors, the Board of Marital and Family Therapy, the Board of Psychologist and Psychological Associate Examiners, the Real Estate Commission, and the Board of Social Work Examiners. The new termination dates are June 30, 2032, June 30, 2034, June 30, 2031, June 30, 2030, and June 30, 2034, respectively. The bill also exempts itself from a state law that prohibits a bill from continuing or reestablishing more than one board or commission and is retroactive to July 1, 2026.
